Shipping Policy

1. UNIQUES GLAM BOUTIQUE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS!
2. If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have yet to receive it, you must take that up with USPS.
3. Items are processed within 2-3 days. 
4. Items on hand will be shipped out within 48hrs, after payment has cleared. 
5. All orders are shipped through USPS and take approximately 3-7 business days. 
6. Your tracking number will be available once your package has shipped.
7. Pre-0rder items takes 8-15 days.
8. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER!!!
9. Business Days DO NOT include WEEKENDS or HOLIDAYS. 
10. Please be aware DELAYS may occur; which is out of our control. Unique’s Glam Boutique is not responsible for delays. We will not refund any shipping cost for delayed shipping. However, we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
11. If the following Monday is a holiday, please be aware that your order will be shipped the next business day which will be Tuesday.
12. As we all know Covid-19 is still upon our nation and it can cause packages to be delayed. As we continue to practice staying safe and healthy, we encourage you to wipe down your packages upon arrival before opening.
