• Any returns/refunds must be claimed within 3 days of receiving your order.
• If an issue has occurred, a claimed must be put in within 72 hours of the customer tracking delivery date.
• After you file your claim, you must have the item(s) shipped back and available tracking with 5 days of your claim date
• Returned items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed & tags attached.
• Before a refund or exchange is processed, items must be inspected. You will be notified for the approval or decline claim.
• If you would like merchandise credit; we will keep the amount of your credit on file once the item(s) are returned back and inspected.
• The merchandise credit is the amount of your "sub-total". This total does not include shipping costs or taxes.
• Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless it was a mistake on our end.
• We reserve the right to refuse any returns if the item appears damaged, worn, returned after the 3rd day of the tracking delivery date or is a final "as is" sale item
